摘要 将先进的智能制造理念应用于传统水产品深加工行业,以小龙虾为例,提出适合水产品深加工的智能制造技术和成套装备架构。介绍了总体方案和创新点,分析了小龙虾深加工设备的升级研制与生产线集成,研究了自动剥虾尾生产线技术,并论述了适合小龙虾深加工行业的智能制造技术。通过研究,突破现有水产品深加工装备和管理水平落后的局面,实现水产品深加工的自动化、数字化、精细化生产和管理。 Apply advanced intelligent manufacturing concepts to traditional aquatic products deep processing industry.Taking crayfish as an example,the intelligent manufacturing technology and complete equipment architecture suitable for deep processing of aquatic products were proposed.The overall plan and innovation features were introduced,the upgrading development and production line integration of deep processing equipment for crayfish were analyzed,the production line with automatic stripping technology of crayfish tail was investigated,and the intelligent manufacturing technology suitable for crayfish deep processing industry was discussed.Through research,there is a breakthrough on the existing situation of out-of-date deep processing equipment and management level for aquatic products while realizing the automation,digitization and refined production and management for deep processing of aquatic products.
