Experimental Study on Connection Mode of Insulation Tie Rod of High Voltage Column Breaker

绝缘拉杆是高压柱式断路器的关键部件之一。介绍了常见的高压柱式断路器绝缘拉杆连接方式,基于六种连接方式进行拉伸试验,得到绝缘拉杆拉力值,确认采用绝缘管内螺纹+绝缘拉杆接头+专用黏接剂的连接方式,高压柱式断路器绝缘拉杆力学拉伸性能较好。

Insulated tie rod is one of the key components of high voltage column breaker.The common connection modes of insulated tie rod of high voltage column breaker were introduced.Based on six connection modes,conduct tensile tests were conducted to obtain the tension value of the insulated tie rod.It is confirmed that the connection mode adopting the inner thread of the insulating tube+insulated tie rod head+special adhesive presents the best tensile mechanics of the insulating tie rod of high voltage column circuit breaker.
