摘要
针对绝缘油介电强度测试仪校准系统设计和制造中存在不确定性的问题,采用CPU高速采集分压器分压后的电压信号,并利用高压分合终端模拟绝缘油击穿。考虑到系统当中存在的电磁干扰,采用光电耦合器将高压部分与低压电路进行隔离;同时,结合该系统的测量不确定度分析,对绝缘油介电强度测试仪校准系统的计量特性进行研究。通过分析测量误差来源,对不确定度来源进行分析,在10 kV点示值点进行误差测量试验,计算交流校准系统引入的不确定度分量,获得扩展不确定度为0.58%。考虑到绝缘油的稳定性,为了保证系统的测试结果的准确性,将对系统的动态性和稳定性进行进一步分析。
In design and manufacturing of high voltage electric devices,the uncertainty of the calibration system of the insulating oil dielectric strength tester must be taken into consideration.In this case,high-speed CPU is used to collect the voltage signal of the voltage divider,and the high-voltage switching terminal is used to simulate the breakdown of the insulating oil.Due to the existence of electromagnetic interference in the system,the photo-coupler is applied to isolate the high-voltage part from the lowvoltage circuit.At the same time,exploring measurement uncertainty of the system,the insulation oil dielectric strength tester calibration system is developed.By carding the source of the measurement error,the source of the uncertainty is analyzed,and the error measurement experiment is performed at 10 kV.The uncertainty component introduced by the alternating current calibration system is calculated,and the extended uncertainty is 0.58%.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results of the system,the dynamics and stability of the system will be further researched.
