常见燃气表的发展及其优缺点的比较

总结了两个多世纪以来湿式燃气计量表、膜式燃气表和智能燃气表等燃气表的发展历程对智能燃气表进行相关研究,选取常见的IC卡智能燃气表、远传智能燃气表和物联网燃气表这三种智能燃气表进行燃气表结构及工作原理论述,并对这三种燃气表在抄表方式、干扰因素、计费方式、耗损情况等方面的优点、缺点和数据准确性进行对比分析。对比发现,不同的智能燃气表各有优缺点,适合不同的安装环境,而数据准确度最高的是物联网燃气表,数据准确度最低的是IC卡智能燃气表。结合国家发展政策和新技术的发展,借助于通信技术、物联网技术的智能燃气表将逐渐取代旧式的燃气表。“远程管理,智能服务,数据挖掘”将成为智能燃气表的核心功能。在城镇化率不断提高等众多利好因素的推动下,将来智能燃气表会释放出极大的市场需求。

The development history of gas meters in the past two centuries,such as wet gas meters,membrane gas meters and smart gas meters,has been summarized.Related researches on smart gas meters,three kinds of common smart gas meters including IC card smart gas meters,remote smart gas meters and Internet of Things(IoT)gas meters are selected for discussions of the stmcture and working principle.Advantages,disadvantages and data accuracy of the gas meters are compared and analyzed in temis of meter reading methods,interference factors,billing methods,and consumption conditions.The comparison found that different smart gas meters have their own advantages and disadvantages,which are suitable for different installation environments.IoT gas meters have the highest data accuracy while IC card smart gas meters have the lowest.Combining national development policies and the development of new technologies,smart gas meters,with the advance of communication technology and the Internet of Things technology,will gradually replace conventional gas meters."Remote management,intelligent services,data mining" will become core functions of smart gas meters.Driven by many favorable factors such as urbanization,smart gas meters will release great market demand in the future.
