摘要 针对国内热轧带钢连轧机组生产线使用的轧制力传感器在线使用周期缩短、非正常下线逐渐增加的现象,从轧制力传感器的强度验算和安装着手进行分析。主要介绍了磁弹性轧制力传感器压头的环形、盘形、矩形三种结构安装类型,给出了压头的强度及固定夹板双头螺栓的强度验算,并提出了相应了改进方案和措施。探讨了压头的机械安装结构原理。最后分析得出,压头的机械安装问题同样是保证压头不局部受力和大的侧向力影响,使压头的受力面局部应力集中而损坏压头。该研究的目的是减少技术大修,节约备件修复费用和提高设备上机安全运行时间,最大程度提高压头在线使用寿命。 In view of the phenomenon that the on-line service life of the rolling force sensor used in the domestic hot strip continuous rolling line is shortened and the sensor is getting off the production line more often abnormally,the strength checking calculation and installation of the rolling force sensor are analyzed.Three kinds of structure installation types of magnetoelastic rolling force sensor's indenter are mainly introduced,i.e.ring,plate and rectangle.It gives the strength of the indenter and the strength checking calculation of the fixed splint stud bolt,and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme and measures.The mechanical installation structure principle of the pressure head is discussed.Finally,it is concluded that the mechanical installation of the indenter is not affected by local force and large lateral force,so that the local stress concentration on the stress surface of the indenter will damage the indenter.The purpose of this study is to reduce technical overhaul,save spare parts repair costs,improve the safe operation time of equipment,and maximize the on-line service life of the indenter.
