摘要
针对城市垃圾房人丁换桶现象,对其进行改造,为提高垃圾房的使用效率,设计了一种垃圾房自动换桶装置。采用圆筒辐道对垃圾桶进行传送,在顶升装置上装有GJBLY称重传感器,在垃圾桶投放口的边缘处装有DDSK-0510N1漫反射激光传感器。当感应到垃圾桶的质量或垃圾桶的垃圾体积达到换桶要求时,自动换桶装置会将满的垃圾桶换下,自动更换空的垃圾桶,垃圾清运人员只需定时去清运满的垃圾桶和补充空的垃圾桶即可。这种方式大大提高了垃圾清运人员的工作效率和垃圾房的使用效率,具有很高的推广价值。
Given the practice of manual bin changing in the urban garbage room,to reform improve the use efficiency,an automatic bin changing device in the garbage room is designed.The drum roller is used to transfer the garbage bin,GJBLY load cell is installed on the jacking device,and DDSK-0510N1 diffuse reflection laser sensor is installed on the edge of the garbage bin dropping port.Once measured the weight of the garbage bin or the garbage volume of the garbage bin meets the requirements of the replacement.The automatic replacement device replaces the empty garbage bin automatically.The garbage collector only needs to regularly clear the full garbage bin and supplement the empty garbage bin.Such change significantly improves the working efficiency and garbage room of the garbage collector with great potential promotion value.
