摘要
弹载飞行数据记录仪安装在智能弹药内,测量并记录弹体的外弹道飞行位姿数据,在炮弹发射过程中要承受巨大过载。微机电系统(MEMS)惯性传感器是弹体位姿测量系统的重要组成部分,其机械结构在上电状态下难以承受高过载冲击,因此需要一种自动上电电路,保证在炮膛冲击后再给位姿测量系统供电;另外,还需要保证数据记录仪在高过载环境下稳定、可靠地运行。针对上述问题,提出了一种记录仪受过载冲击后自动给测量系统上电的方法,使MEMS惯性传感器在过载冲击过后开始工作;采用过载开关冗余设计,提高过载开关的可靠性;采用供电电源冗余设计,提高系统供电的可靠性;通过系统灌封的方式,提高了系统结构的抗过载能力。通过试验验证了过载上电、锂电池供电回路以及数据记录的可靠性,弹载飞行数据记录仪能可靠记录炮弹的位姿数据。
Install the missile-borne flight data recorder in the intelligent ammunition to measure and record the external ballistic flight position and attitude data of the projectile which will bear huge overload during the launching process of the projectile.The micro electro mechnical systems(MEMS)inertial sensor is an important part of the missile pose measurement system.Its mechanical structure is difficult to withstand the impact of high overload under power on state.Therefore,the pose measurement system needs an automatic power on circuit to ensure that it powers the pose measurement system after the impact of the bore.In addition,it is necessary to ensure the stable and reliable operationof data recorder in high overload environment.In view of the above problems,a method of automatically powering on the measurement system after the recorder is impacted by overload is proposed.The missile borne flight data recorder with the function of powering on overload is designed.The recorder automatically powers on the inertial measurement system after the shell is discharged,which makes the MEMS inertial sensor work after the overload impact.The overload switch redundancy design is adopted to improve the reliability of the overload switch,the power supply redundancy design is adopted to improve the reliability of the system power supply,the anti overload ability of the system structure is improved by the way of system encapsulation.Experiments verify the reliability of overload-power on.The missileborne flight data recorder can record the position and attitude data of the projectile reliably.
