低瓦斯矿井坚硬顶板综采工作面瓦斯防治技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对雨田煤矿W1103综采工作面采用U型通风、工作面回采过程中上隅角容易出现瓦斯超限的问题,当增加工作面配风量,会增加采空区漏风量,造成上隅角瓦斯难以控制。上隅角区域的不充分冒落,也为瓦斯积聚提供了空间,在顶板预裂爆破时,会造成瓦斯超限问题。分析了工作面瓦斯来源,回采工作面瓦斯涌出以开采层为主、邻近层为辅;采用顶板预裂爆破、风障引风、本煤层瓦斯抽放、上隅角插管抽放等综合瓦斯治理技术,解决了上隅角瓦斯超限问题,确保了矿井的安全生产。 In view of the U-shaped ventilation in the W1103 fully-mechanized working face of Yutian Coal Mine,the upper corner of the working face was prone to over-limit gas in the process of mining.When the air distribution of the working face was increased,the air leakage in the goaf would increased,making the upper corner of gas difficult to control.Insufficient caving in the upper corner area also provided space for gas accumulation.When the roof was pre-split and blasted,it would caused gas overrun problems.It was analyzed the source of gas in the working face.The gas emission from the working face was mainly based on the mining layer and supplemented by the adjacent layers;it adopted roof pre-splitting blasting,wind barrier ventilation,gas drainage in the coal seam and upper corner intubation drainage.The gas treatment technology solved the problem of over-limit gas in the upper corner and ensured safe production in the mine.
