摘要
为了及时处理州景煤矿5304工作面煤柱自燃灾害,测试了州景煤矿5304工作面煤自燃标志性气体,确定了5304工作面煤自燃指标气体为CO,并提出了采空区注浆和复合喷涂材料相结合的综合防灭火技术,同时使用综合防灭火技术对5304工作面窄煤柱自燃进行防治。结果表明:采空区内氧气和一氧化碳浓度迅速降低,回风巷内温度恢复正常值,煤柱自燃情况得到了抑制。采空区注浆技术与顶板喷涂复合材料技术的相互结合应用为类似煤层的自然发火防治提供了一种新的技术方案。
In order to deal with the spontaneous combustion disaster of coal pillars in the 5304 working face of Zhoujing Coal Mine,the symbolic gas of coal spontaneous combustion in the 5304 working face of Zhoujing Coal Mine was tested.Comprehensive fire-fighting technology combined with spraying materials,while using comprehensive fire-fighting technology to prevent spontaneous combustion of narrow coal pillars in 5304 working face.The results showed that the concentration of oxygen and carbon monoxide in the goaf dropped rapidly,the temperature in the return airway returned to normal,and the spontaneous combustion of coal pillars was suppressed.The combined application of goaf grouting technology and roof spray composite material technology provided a new technical solution for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in similar coal seams.
