大型纯钛塔器制造工艺研究

Research on manufacturing process of large pure titanium tower

针对大型纯钛塔器的特点,分析了制造难点,从大直径薄壁活套密封环加工、筒体排版、圆度控制、焊接控制、尺寸控制、包装运输等方面对设备制造过程进行了阐述,并提出了合理可行的制造方案,保证了整体塔器的几何尺寸和焊接质量,可为同类设备制造提供借鉴和参考。

According to characteristics of large-scale pure titanium tower,the manufacturing difficulties were analyzed.The equipment manufacturing process was described from the aspects of large diameter and thin-wall looper sealing ring processing,cylinder layout,roundness control,welding control,size control,packaging and transportation and so on,and a reasonable and feasible manufacturing scheme was put forward to ensure the geometric dimension and welding quality of the whole tower,which can provide reference for similar equipment manufacturing.
