深冷处理对TIG焊接件组织及力学性能的影响

摘要 母材为6005A铝合金,焊丝为5356铝合金的TIG焊接板材,分别经过固溶、固溶+深冷、固溶+时效、固溶+深冷+时效工艺后,通过拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、电子扫描显微镜分析研究深冷处理对TIG焊接件组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,TIG板材经深冷处理后屈服强度与抗拉强度均有所提升,深冷后时效较未深冷处理试样屈服强度与抗拉强度分别提升6%和8%;TIG板材焊接接头经固溶+深冷+时效处理后,屈服及抗拉强度与母材相近,但其塑性有所下降。 In this paper,TIG welding plates with base material of 6005A aluminum alloy and welding wire of 5356 aluminum alloy are respectively processed by the processes of solid solution+cryogenic,solid solution+aging,and solid solution+cryogenic+aging,the effects of cryogenic treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TIG welds are studied by tensile testing machine,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the yield strength and tensile strength of TIG plates are improved after cryogenic treatment,and the yield strength and tensile strength of TIG plates are increased by 6%and 8%respectively after cryogenic treatment compared with the samples without cryogenic treatment.After solid solution+cryogenicity+aging treatment,the yield and tensile strength of TIG welded joint is similar to that of the base material,but its plasticity decreases.
