摘要 高血压是心血管疾病的重要风险因素。高血压会引起脑动脉硬化致血流量减少,并且会导致记忆损伤。研究表明有氧运动是降低血压及改善认知的较为有效的非药物干预手段。通过改善血液循环及增加脑血容量,有氧运动能够有效的减缓记忆丧失,从而预防或推迟阿尔茨海默病的发生。本文对有氧运动对高血压患者血压及记忆功能的影响作一综述。 Hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease(CVD).Hypertension causes arterial stiffness,decreases cerebral blood flow and leads to memory impairment.Previous studies showed that aerobic exercise was an effective non-pharmacological intervention approach in reducing blood pressure and improving cognition.By improving blood circulation and increasing cerebral blood volume,aerobic exercise could slow down memory loss,and thereby prevent or delay the onset of Alzheimer.This paper aims to review the effects of aerobic exercise on blood pressure and memory function in patients with hypertension.
