晶体管式点火系统升压电路的研究

摘要 航空点火系统是确保航空发动机稳定运行的关键,但点火系统中电嘴在寿命后期发火端面会有严重的电腐蚀,致使点火装置产生的高脉冲电压难以满足电嘴因腐蚀而升高的最小发火电压,影响发动机运行稳定性。研究了一种点火装置的二次升压电路,并分析了升压电路计算过程和影响因素,从而提升了点火系统点火寿命并保证了点火的可靠性。 The aviation ignition system is the key to ensure the stable operation of the aviation engine,but the ignition plug will have serious electrical corrosion at the later of its life in the ignition system,which makes the high pulse voltage generated by the ignition device difficult to meet the minimum ignition voltage raised by the corrosion of the ignition plug.This will affect the stability of engine operation.Therefore,this paper has studied the secondary boost circuit of an ignition device,and the calculation process and influencing factors of the boost circuit,which improves the ignition life of the ignition system and guarantees the reliability of ignition.
