摘要
通过分析笔记本电脑转轴的使用要求,结合注塑成型工艺分析,对笔记本电脑转轴的部分结构进行改进,以更好地满足塑件注塑成型要求,并保证塑件成型质量和使用性能。借助UG软件对笔记本电脑转轴进行了一模两穴侧进浇的两板模结构设计,模具中采用了下沉式的浇口套结构,通过将浇口套安装在型腔中,大大减少了浇口套凝料的浪费,并提高了塑件注塑成型质量。
By analyzing the requirements of the use of the rotary shaft of the notebook computer and combining with the analysis of the injection molding process,the partial structure of the rotary shaft of the notebook computer is improved to better meet the requirements of the injection molding of the plastic parts,and to ensure the molding quality and performance of the plastic parts.With the help of UG software,the two-plate mould structure of one mold with two cavities and edge gate is designed for the notebook computer shaft.A sinking sprue bushing structure is adopted in the mold,by installing the sprue bushing in the cavity,the waste of the sprue bushing aggregate is greatly reduced and the quality of plastic parts injection molding is improved.
