摘要 薄壁圆筒零件内外直径差小,强度较低且刚性较差,在切削加工的过程中,因为夹紧力会使得薄壁圆柱零件产生变形,造成零件的圆度误差。针对薄壁圆柱形零件这种由于夹紧力引起的变形影响形状精度的问题,提出了一种新型薄壁圆筒夹具。该夹具在满足零件足够夹紧力的同时,可以保证零件变形在公差范围之内,提高了产品的加工质量和生产率。 Thin-walled cylindrical parts have small internal and external diameter differences,low strength and poor rigidity.In the cutting process,the clamping force will deform the thin-walled cylindrical parts and cause the roundness errors of the parts.Aiming at the problem that the deformation caused by clamping force affects the shape accuracy of thin-walled cylindrical parts,a new type of thin-walled cylindrical fixture is proposed.While ensuring sufficient clamping of the parts,the clamp can ensure that the deformation of the parts is within the tolerance range,guarantees the processing quality of the product,and improves labor productivity.
