摘要
针对薄壁回转类零件刚性差,数控铣削过程中在夹具夹紧力和切削力的作用下容易产生加工变形,严重影响加工精度和表面质量等问题,分析和阐述了制约薄壁回转类零件加工精度的因素,设计并制作了针对某产品滤清器法兰的四轴装夹辅助工装,并对工装装夹位置布局和夹紧力进行了优化,有效地降低了由于装夹不当所引起的零件变形程度,提高了零件的加工精度。
The rigidity of thin-walled rotary parts is poor.Such parts are prone to processing deformation under the action of fixture clamping force and cutting force during the CNC milling process,which seriously affects the processing accuracy and surface quality.In view of the above situation,the factors restricting the machining accuracy of thin-walled rotary parts are analyzed and explained,and a four-axis clamping auxiliary tool for a certain product filter flange is designed and manufactured.The layout and clamping force of the tooling clamping position are optimized,which effectively reduces the deformation of the parts caused by improper clamping,and improves the machining accuracy of the parts.
