在数控车床编程中,内外圆粗车复合循环指令G71是应用最为广泛的复合循环指令之一,但G71 Ⅰ型指令只能应用于单调变化的内外圆加工,应用范围受限。在GSK980TB3系统下,G71 Ⅱ型指令可在凹凸变化的零件编程中实现巧妙应用,更好地补充Ⅰ型应用的不足,进一步简化了编程强度,提高了编程效率。

In CNC lathe programming,the compound cycle command G71 for rough turning inside and outside circle is one of the most widely used compound cycle commands,but the G71Ⅰtype command can only be used for monotonous change of inside and outside circle machining,and its application range is limited.Under the GSK980 TB3 system,the G71Ⅱtype instruction can be used ingeniously in the programming of uneven parts,which can better supplement the deficiencies of theⅠtype application,further simplify the programming intensity and improve the programming efficiency.
