针对数控机床主轴齿轮箱润滑存在的持续无效运行时间长、运行可靠性差等问题,提出了一种基于润滑系统工作状态和润滑油品质在线感知的机床主轴齿轮箱智能润滑控制方法,不但能够有效保障主轴齿轮箱润滑系统的润滑油品质和最佳润滑效果,而且对于机床主轴系统维护具有指导意义。

Aiming at the problems of long continuous ineffective operation time and poor reliability of the lubrication of CNC machine tool spindle gearboxes,an intelligent lubrication control method for machine tool spindle gearboxes based on the working status of the lubrication system and online perception of lubricant quality is proposed.This method not only can effectively guarantee the lubricating oil quality and the best lubrication effect of the main shaft gearbox lubrication system,but also has guiding significance for the maintenance of the machine tool main shaft system.
