Case Analysis of Counterweight Falling During Elevator Operation

电梯运行过程中,电梯轿厢与对重发生了碰撞,撞击后坠落的对重从井道内坠入底坑,幸好轿厢内无乘客,未造成人员伤害。经过现场勘查推断事故的原因是:维护保养人员在日常维护保养过程中对电梯导靴保养调整不到位,导靴在运行过程中与导轨间隙不断增大,导靴靴衬发生切割磨损,最终导致导靴与导轨脱离,对重与轿厢发生撞击,轿厢变形,对重坠落。

During the operation of the elevator,the elevator car collided with the counterweight.After the impact,the falling counterweight fell from the hoistway into the pit.Fortunately,there were no passengers in the car and no injuries were caused.After on-site investigation,we inferred that the cause of the accident was:maintenance personnel did not properly maintain and adjust the elevator guide shoes during daily maintenance.The gap between the guide shoe and the guide rail continues to increase during operation,and the guide shoe lining is cut and worn,which eventually causes the guide shoe to separate from the guide rail,the counterweight collides with the car,the car deforms,and the counterweight falls.
