摘要
针对结构为一转台一摆头45°斜交式、系统为海德汉iTNC530的DMU125P五轴机床,介绍了一种应用NX后处理开发工具进行五轴后置处理开发的通用方法。运用开发完成的五轴后处理生成某零件的数控程序,并用此程序加工出了合格零件,验证了该方法的有效性。
For the DMU125 P five-axis machine tool with the table-rotating 45°skew type structure and the system of Heidenhain iTNC530,a general method for five-axis post-processing development using NX post-processing development tools is introduced.The developed five-axis post-processing is used to generate a numerical control program for a part,and the qualified part is processed by this program,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
