摘要
鉴于机床原装数控系统老旧且机床性能和精度严重下降,无法满足加工要求的现状,提出了基于蓝天数控系统的改造方案,通过现场调试和应用实现了国产系统对进口系统的替代,对数控系统国产化改造具有一定的实践指导意义。
In view of the fact that the original CNC system of the machine tool is old and the performance and accuracy of the machine tool are seriously reduced and cannot meet the processing requirements,a transformation plan based on the blue sky CNC system is proposed.Through on-site debugging and application,the substitution of domestic systems for imported systems has been realized,which has certain practical guiding significance for the localization of CNC systems.
