摘要
针对目前传统的长距离皮带运输机液压张紧装置安全可靠性较低、输出张力稳定性差等问题,设计了一种液压自适应张紧装置系统,可对张紧力进行实时监测,在皮带运输机启动、制动及正常工作状态下实现张紧力的实时调节,具有较好的推广前景。
Aiming at the problems of low safety and reliability of the traditional hydraulic tensioning device of long-distance belt conveyors and poor stability of output tension,a hydraulic adaptive tensioning device system is designed.The tension force can be monitored in real time,and the tension force can be adjusted in real time when the belt conveyor is started,braked and under normal working conditions,which has a good promotion prospect.
