摘要
论述了多电机驱动的斜井皮带机控制系统的改造方案,对当前比较先进的驱动技术进行了介绍,结合煤矿皮带机的特点给出了选择变频器驱动控制的理论依据。基于斜井皮带机的功能要求,对如何选择变频器的拖动方式进行了论述,并对变频器的规格给出了实用的计算方法;由于斜井皮带机经常需要重载启动,启动电流较大,为了保证变频器的安全性,需要对变频器过载电流进行校核。结合可编程控制技术,对系统整体应该实现的功能和各大保护进行了阐述。
Discuss the transformation plan of the control system of the inclined shaft belt conveyor driven by multiple motors.The current more advanced drive technology is introduced,combined with the characteristics of coal mine belt conveyors,the theoretical basis for selecting inverter drive control is given.From the functional requirements of the inclined shaft belt conveyor and how to realize it,how to select the drive mode of the frequency converter is discussed,and a practical calculation method is given for the specification of the frequency converter.Since inclined shaft belt conveyors often need to be started under heavy load,the starting current is relatively large.In order to ensure the safety of the inverter,it is necessary to check the inverter overload current.Combining programmable control technology,the functions and major protections that should be realized by the system as a whole are described.
