摘要 3D打印牙齿模型时,对3D打印技术的打印精度要求高,打印成本高昂。LCD光固化技术凭其高精度,高速度和结构简单的优点脱颖而出。基于DLP技术,以LCD屏为透光屏,树莓派为控制核心,控制有效直径为300mm的步进电机。通过搭建硬件系统并研发软件系统,实现了基于树莓派的光固化3D打印机。应用结果表明,该3D打印机不仅保持了较快的打印速度和较高的打印精度,还降低设备生产成本,有着良好的应用前景。 When print tooth model with 3D printing,the requirement of printing accuracy is high,resulting in an expansive printing cost.LCD light curing technology stands out with its advantages of high precision,high speed and simple structure.Based on DLP(Digital Light Processing)technology,with LCD screen as the transparent screen,and Raspberry PI as the control core,the control to a stepper motor with an effective diameter of 300mm is designed.By building the hardware system and developing the software system,the 3D light curing printer based on Raspberry PI is realized.Application results show that the 3D printer not only maintains a faster printing speed and a higher printing accuracy,but also reduces the production cost,and has a good application prospect.
