摘要
构建创新服务网络,提升协同服务能力,能为区域战略性新兴产业创新提供有效服务支撑,已成为创新驱动发展战略实施及新兴产业持续发展的必然选择。本文基于增长机制、淘汰机制和节点择优连接机制,构建改进BBV模型,通过模拟仿真揭示区域战略性新兴产业创新服务网络演化过程及其规律。研究结果表明:创新服务网络演化过程主要经历萌芽期、成长前期、成长后期、成熟期等阶段;随着网络规模扩大,创新服务网络结构呈现碎片化网络、单中心网络、小世界网络、“核心-边缘”网络的演化轨迹,服务平台成为网络资源集聚流转枢纽中心;创新服务网络演化驱动力体现为由政府主导向政府引导,进而向市场主导转变的趋势,市场的服务资源配置功能将日益突显。
It has become an inevitable choice for innovation-driven development strategy implementation and sustainable development of strategic emerging industry to construct innovation service network and enhance collaborative service capability,which can provide effective service support for regional strategic emerging industry innovation.Based on the growth mechanism,elimination mechanism and preferential connection mechanism of node,the improved BBV model is constructed,and then the innovation service network evolution process and law of regional strategic emerging industry are revealed through simulation.The results show that:the innovation service network evolution process mainly goes through the germination stage,early growth stage,late growth stage and maturity stage;with network scale expansion,the innovation service network structure mainly presents the evolution trajectory of fragmentation network,single-center network,small-world network,core-edge network,during which the service platform plays an important role as hub of network resource gathering and flowing;the driving force of innovation service network evolution is mainly reflected in the trend from government-dominated to government guidance and then to market-dominated with increasingly prominent market function of resource allocation.
