豚草提取液对锦鲤及小白鼠安全性测定

The Safety Testing of Ambrosia artemisiifolia Extraction to Fancy Carp and Mouse

本文利用超声波提取技术,从豚草中提取活性物质,使用提取液对锦鲤及小白鼠进行急性毒性试验测定,用其LC50和LD50为标准评价了其安全性。结果表明:豚草粗提物对锦鲤的致死中浓度LC50为350.262 mg·L^-1,对小白鼠的致死中量LD50为4986.396 mg·kg^-1。根据我国农药毒性分级标准,豚草杀虫活性物质提取液的毒性为低毒,对非靶标生物毒性较小,属于安全的植物源杀虫农药。

In this paper,we used ultrasonic extraction technique to extract active substances from Ambrosia artemisiifolia,and made safety testing to fancy carp and mouse,we made LC50 and LD50 as the standard to evaluate safety.The results showed that LC50 for ragweed extracting solution on fancy carp was 350.262 mg·L^-1 and LD50 for ragweed extracting solution on mice was 4986.396 mg·kg^-1.According to China's pesticide toxicity grading criteria,Ambrosia insecticidal active substance extract has low toxicity and is less toxic to non-target organisms,it is a safe plant-derived insecticidal pesticide.
