摘要
通过对33个果桑品种的13项品质指标进行水平分析、相关性分析及因子分析,筛选出可溶性固形物、糖酸比、单果质量、花色苷、维生素C和多酚6项桑椹品质评价的核心指标;利用层次分析法研究各核心指标权重,构建桑椹综合品质评价模型。应用所建模型对33个果桑品种进行综合品质评价,并与其动态聚类分析结果比较,2种品质评价方法的结果基本一致;综合比较2种方法,筛选出9个综合品质较好的果桑品种:北场3号、北场1号、中桑5801、大10、云桑3号、云桑2号、陕西甜桑、西农8202和苗61,说明应用构建的桑椹品质评价模型来评价其综合品质可行。
Six core quality evaluation indicators were screened out of 13 indicators based on level analysis,correlation analysis and factor analysis on fruit quality of 33 mulberry varieties in this study,including soluble solids,ratio of sugar to acid,single fruit weight,anthocyanin,vitamin C,and polyphenols.Weighted value of each core indicators was clarified by analytic hierarchy process,and then a model was constructed to evaluate the comprehensive quality of fruits.Compared with the results from dynamic clustering analysis on 33 mulberry varieties,evaluation results from this model were almost the same.Then,9 mulberry cultivars with good comprehensive fruit quality were screened out by comprehensive comparison between two methods.They are Beichang 3,Beichang 1,Zhongsang 5801,Da 10,Yunsang 3,Yunsang 2,Shaanxi Tiansang,Xinong 8202,and Miao 61.All above demonstrates that it is feasible to use this newly constructed model to evaluate comprehensive quality of mulberry fruit.
