摘要
现行短槽支承石材幕墙规范提出挂钩在槽口产生的剪力由单边槽壁承担,未考虑干挂胶对槽口抗剪性能的影响。以某实际工程为背景,通过规范计算公式得到槽口剪应力值,再通过ABAQUS有限元软件对槽口受力情况进行数值模拟,对比理论计算与数值模拟结果表明:干挂胶可以有效提高槽口抗剪承载力,并给出挂钩与槽壁之间干挂胶最小厚度建议值。
According to the current specification of stone curtain wall supported by short slot,the shear force produced by the hook at the notch is borne by the single groove wall,and the influence of epoxy resin adhesive on the notch shear performance is not considered.Taking a practical project as the background,the shear stress value of the notch is obtained through the standard calculation formula,and then the stress condition of the notch is numerically simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.The results of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation show that the Epoxy resin adhesive can effectively improve the shear bearing capacity of notch,and the recommended minimum thickness of Epoxy resin adhesive between hook and groove wall is given.
