钨尾矿基复合掺合料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高钨尾矿的综合利用率,本文将石屑及钨尾矿按一定比例进行球磨混料,制备出性能优良的钨尾矿复合掺和料。本研究采用正交试验的方法研究了球磨时间,钨尾矿掺量、改性剂掺量对钨复合掺合料性能的影响,从而确定了复合掺和料最优的配比及球磨时间。试验结果表明:钨尾矿复合掺和料的最优配比为钨尾矿掺量50%,石屑掺量50%、改性剂掺量0.16%,最佳球磨时间为6min,此时复合掺和料的胶砂流动度比为103%,7d抗压强度比为76%,28d抗压强度比为82%。 In this paper,stone chips and tungsten tailings are ball-milled and mixed in a certain proportion to prepare a composite admixture of tungsten tailings with excellent performance to improve the comprehensive utilization of tungsten tailings.In order to determine the optimal ratio of composite admixtures and ball milling time,this paper uses the orthogonal test method to study the effects of ball milling time,tungsten tailing content,and modifier content on the properties of tungsten composite admixtures.The test results show that the optimal blending ratio of tungsten tailings composite admixture is 50%tungsten tailings content,50%stone chips content,and modifier content 0.16%.The best ball milling time is 6 min.The mobility ratio of the admixture is 103%,the 7 d compressive strength ratio is 76%,and the 28 d compressive strength ratio is 82%.
