Analysis and Optimization Strategy of DL Community Project Cost Control

文中以山东日照市DL小区项目一期工程为例,调查分析了成本控制工作中的问题,提出了采用泡沫混凝土砌块填充墙等优化策略,为后续工程和类似项目的成本控制工作提供有益参考。

Cost control is of great significance for ensuring the quality of construction and improving the efficiency of enterprises.This paper takes the first phase of the DL community project in Rizhao City,Shandong Province as an example,investigates and analyzes the problems in the cost control work,and proposes optimization strategies such as the use of Foam concrete infill walll,which provides a useful reference for the cost control of subsequent projects and similar projects.
