两次就诊制作全口义齿的效果分析研究

The treatment outcomes of making complete dentures in two visits

目的:评价使用新理念及高效材料两次就诊制作全口义齿的疗效及患者满意度。方法:收集我院2018~2019年上、下颌牙列缺失拟行全口义齿修复的患者35例。缩短常规全口治疗流程,两次完成全口义齿的全部制作。第一次就诊使用全口无牙牙合托盘制取初印模,快速石膏灌模并制作个性化托盘,随后使用个性化托盘制取终印模并在此基础上利用面弓和哥特式弓完成颌位关系记录。第一次就诊结束后灌注终印模,上牙合架,使用舌侧集中牙合理念排牙,直接充胶完成。第二次就诊戴牙,在口内完成全口义齿必要性的调改。对治疗完成患者进行全口义齿满意度调查。结果:35例患者均未出现固位不良或咬合不佳而返工重做情况。患者满意度调查显示患者对两次复诊制作的全口义齿疗效满意。结论:高效材料及新的全口义齿理念的应用下,两次就诊制作全口义齿疗效精度佳,疗效可。复诊次数减少更利于患者依从,值得临床中进一步实践和推广。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and patient satisfaction of using the new concept and high-efficiency materials to make complete dentures in two visits.Methods:A total of 35 edentulous patients in our hospital for complete denture restoration in 2019 were collected.The first visit:use the stock trays to make the preliminary impression,then make the custom trays,and use the custom trays to make the final impression,use the Gothic arch to shift jaw relationship,the facebow transfer to record jaw position,and mark the anterior tooth plane.After the first visit,the final impression was casted and poured,mount the models on the semi-adjustable articulator using intraoral relationships.Arrange teeth with the concept of lingualized occlusion. The second follow-up visit,wearing the complete denture,adjust the complete denture intraoral.The satisfaction of patients with complete dentures after treatment were surveyed.Results:None of the 35 patients had poor retention or poor occlusion and reworked.Patient satisfaction survey prompted that the patient were satisfied with the curative effect of the complete denture made in two visits.Conclusion:The application of high-efficiency materials and the new concept of complete dentures in two visits to make complete dentures has good precision and curative effect.Reduce the times of referral is more conducive to patient compliance and is worthy of further popularization and promotion practices.
