Precise Positioning Technology of PC Column Hoisting in Prefabricated Building

为实现装配式建筑PC柱的快速吊装,避免下层预留柱纵筋被压弯或折损,介绍了一种工具式PC柱吊装定位辅助支架,并阐述了其工艺原理、技术特点及操作要点。实践证明,该支架能使PC柱准确快速地完成吊装,解决了PC柱底面灌浆套筒口与下层预留柱纵筋对接困难、安装效率低的问题,不仅节约了人工成本,缩短了施工周期,还取得了较好的环保效益,可在类似工程中推广应用。

In order to realize the rapid hoisting of PC column in prefabricated building and avoid bending or damage of longitudinal reinforcement of reserved column in lower layer,a tool type auxiliary support for PC column hoisting and positioning is introduced,and its technological principle,technical characteristics and operation points are described.The practice shows that the support can make the PC column hoisted accurately and quickly,and solve the problems of difficult connection and low installation efficiency between the grouting sleeve at the bottom of PC column and the longitudinal reinforcement of the lower reserved column.It not only saves the labor cost,shortens the construction period,but also achieves good environmental protection benefits,which can be popularized and applied in similar projects.
