城市综合体硬质景观铺装的实例调研与探析

Case Investigation and Analysis of Hard Landscape Pavement in Urban Complex

以上海嘉里中心、上海嘉亭荟以及昆山人民南路等3个城市综合体为依托,采用实地调查、比较分析等方法,对硬质铺装景观应用的铺装材质、形式图案及细部处理等进行探究和总结。调研结果表明:3个城市综合体硬质铺装景观在使用功能、舒适安全性、空间分隔等方面都能满足功能和景观需求;相比之下,上海嘉里中心更注重细部品质,上海嘉亭荟追求铺装材质图案的多样化,昆山人民南路延续中规中矩的铺装风格。同时,对硬质景观铺装的优劣点进行了深入分析与思考,期望能为其他城市综合体的硬质景观铺装提供一些思路和参考。

Based on three urban complexes of Shanghai Kerry Center,Shanghai Jiating Hui and Kunshan Renmin South Road,this paper explores and summarizes the pavement materials,patterns and details of hard pavement landscape application by means of field investigation and comparative analysis.The research results show that:the three urban complex hard pavement landscape can meet the functional and landscape requirements in terms of use function,comfort and safety,space separation,etc.;in contrast,Shanghai Kerry Center pays more attention to the detail quality,Shanghai Jiating Hui pursues the diversity of pavement materials and patterns,and Kunshan Renmin South Road continues the regular pavement style.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of hard landscape pavement are analyzed and thought deeply.It is expected to provide some ideas and reference for the hard landscape pavement of other urban complexes.
