关于住宅小区海绵城市设计营造的探讨

海绵城市建设是解决城市内涝、水环境恶化和热岛效应等生态环境问题的一个有效途径。从海绵城市的设计、营造及监测等角度出发,对海绵城市建设全过程的关键理念进行了阐述。同时,以苏州某住宅小区项目为案例,对其海绵城市的建设流程进行了梳理,并对建成后的效能进行了评估。

Sponge city construction is an effective way to solve urban waterlogging,water environment deterioration and heat island effect.From the perspective of design,construction and monitoring of sponge city,this paper expounds the key concepts of the whole process of sponge city construction.At the same time,taking a residential area project in Suzhou as an example,the paper analyzes the construction process of sponge city,and evaluates the efficiency after completion.
