摘要
为了解辽宁地区规模化生猪养殖场猪链球菌2型(SS2)的流行情况,2016-2018年对辽宁地区19个规模化生猪饲养场开展SS2流行病学调查,并对分离株进行大环内酯类药物耐药基因筛查。结果显示,经16S rRNA及SS2分型基因测序比对,共确定451株SS2分离株,SS2样品阳性率为20.0%,在猪链球菌(S.suis)分离株中占比为38.9%。经特异性引物PCR扩增及序列比对,筛查到ermA、ermB、mefA三种大环内酯类药物耐药基因,未筛查到ermC基因,3种耐药基因的菌株阳性率分别为22.8%、15.7%和22.6%。21株分离株同时携带2种耐药基因,未发现同时携带3种耐药基因的菌株。表明辽宁地区SS2阳性率较高,且多数携带大环内酯类耐药基因,为该地区SS2防控及治疗提供理论依据。
To investigate the prevalence state of SS2 in Liaoning province,epidemiological investigation was undertaken in 19 large-scale pig farms from 2016 to 2018,and macrolide resistance genes were screened.The results showed that according to the sequence comparison of 16S rRNA and SS2 parting gene,451 SS2 strains were obtained.The sample separation positive rate was 20.0%and SS2 took 38.9%of all S.suis strains.PCR tests results showed that the positive rate of ermA,ermB and mefA gene was 22.8%,15.7%and 22.6%,respectively.21 isolates were positive for carrying 2 resistance genes.This study indicates that SS2 present high positive rate in Liaoning area carrying macrolide resistance gene,and provides theoretical foundation for prevention and control of the SS2.
