21世纪以来,人口老龄化现象在人类历史上是空前的,社会如何为老年人提供足够的物质和精神生活的帮助就成为现代社会的一大课题。文章在对瑞典养老政策和服务的发展历程、主要内容进行考察的基础上,分析了瑞典养老政策和服务的特点及其给我国养老保障政策的启示。

Since the 21st century,the aging of population is unprecedented in human history.How to provide enough material and spiritual support for the elderly has become a major issue in modern society.Based on the investigation of the development process and main contents of Swedish pension policy and service,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Swedish pension policy and service and its enlightenment to China's pension security policy.
