高校不仅承载着教书育人、立德树人的重要使命,还具有促进社会公平正义的基本功能。当前,我国正紧锣密鼓推进脱贫攻坚工作,教育具有阻断贫困代际传递的重要作用。多年来,国家在高校学生资助领域持续推进政策措施,加大资金扶持,确保家庭经济困难学生平等享受高等教育的机会。伴随着经济社会的发展,家庭经济困难学生个性化、多样化发展型资助需求也日益突显。为此,需要实现资助工作的理念创新、制度创新、内容创新和方式创新,推进发展型资助的路径构建。

Higher education not only carries out the important mission of teaching and learning,but also has the role of promoting equality and social justice.Currently,China is making crucial push to fight poverty,while education plays an important role in breaking the cycle of inter-generational poverty.Over the years,the government has put forward continuous policies and measures in higher education,including increasing financial aid support,to ensure that students from low-income families have equal opportunities in higher education.However,with the social and economic development,the personalized and diversified needs of students from low-income families on development-promoting subsidization become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the ideas,systems,contents and modes of subsidization path.
