外商直接投资、制度质量与绿色全要素生产率——基于Malmquist-Luenberger指数的实证研究

Foreign Direct Investment,System Quality and GTFP:An Empirical Study Based on Malmquist Luenberger Index

本文基于MAXDEA软件中的SBM方向性距离函数的Malmquist-Luenberger指数法,测出2008-2017年30个省绿色全要素生产率(GTFP),之后再利用STATA软件的固定效应模型分析外商直接投资(FDI)和制度质量对GTFP影响。实证结果显示:FDI与GTFP呈U型非线性关系;制度质量有助于GTFP的提升;制度质量调节下的FDI对GTFP提升具有正向影响;FDI与GTFP之间的关系具有区域异质性;研发投入、基础设施建设和知识产权保护程度均与GTFP的提高都成正比关系,环境规制与GTFP负相关。

Based on the Malmquist-Luenberger index method of SBM directional distance function in MAXDEA,this paper measured the green total factor productivity of 30 provinces from 2008 to 2017 under the condition of considering energy consumption and undesired output.Then,it used the fixed effect model of STATA to analyze the impact of foreign direct investment and system quality on green total factor productivity.The empirical results show that FDI and green total factor productivity have a"U"type nonlinear relationship;System quality can promote the improvement of green total factor productivity;FDI has a positive effect on the improvement of green total factor productivity under the regulation of system quality,which indicates that the positive mechanism of system quality and FDI has been formed.The relationship between FDI and green total factor productivity has regional heterogeneity.R&D investment,Infrastructure construction and degree of intellectual property protection are all conducive to the improvement of green total factor productivity.
