循证护理在50例妊娠高血压孕妇中的应用研究

Application of evidence-based nursing in pregnant women with hypertension

目的:观察循证护理在妊娠高血压孕妇中的应用效果,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:选取妊娠高血压孕妇100例随机分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)和观察组(n=50,循证护理)。对比两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分、收缩压、舒张压变化和出院时满意率。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分、舒张压、收缩压均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活等评分均高于护理前,且观察组评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕妇的满意率显著高于对照组(94.0%vs 80.0%,P<0.05)。结论:循证护理干预妊娠高血压孕妇具有明显的效果,能够有效缓解孕妇负性情绪,减轻孕妇痛苦,提高孕妇生活质量及满意率。

Objective:To observe the application effect of evidence-based nursing in pregnant women with hypertension,and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:One hubdred pregnant women with hypertension were randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).Anxiety,depression,scores of life quality,changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and satisfaction rate at hospital discharge were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,anxiety,depression score,diastolic and systolic blood pressure were all decreased in both groups and they were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the two groups were higher after nursing than before,and furthermore those scores were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of pregnant women was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(94.00%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing intervention for pregnant women with hypertension has obvious effect,can effectively alleviate negative emotion and pain,improve the quality of life and satisfaction rate of pregnant women.
