临床药师参与含巯基药物致胰岛素自身免疫综合征病例的药学实践

Pharmacy practice of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of a patient with insulin autoimmune syndrome caused by the sulfhydryl group therapeutic drugs

目的:探讨临床药师对临床罕见疾病开展药学监护的方法。方法:临床药师参与1例不明原因反复低血糖患者的治疗过程,查找低血糖原因,并全程实施药学监护。结果:临床药师查阅相关文献,结合患者用药情况,考虑患者低血糖原因为含巯基药物致胰岛素自身免疫综合征(IAS)可能,协助医师及时调整患者用药方案。经过治疗,患者频繁低血糖得到控制。结论:临床药师利用自己的专业优势,开展药学监护,能够协助医师对临床罕见病例进行分析,并保障临床用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the methods for clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care for clinical rare diseases.Methods:The clinical pharmacists actively participated in the treatment of a patient with unexplained recurrent hypoglycemia,helped physician find its cause and implemented pharmaceutical care throughout the process.Results:The clinical pharmacists considered that the hypoglycemia of the patient was probably insulin autoimmunity syndrome(IAS)caused by drugs containing sulfhydryl group by searching for relevant literature and combining with the medication of the patient and assisted the physician to adjust the patient's dosage regimen.After symptomatic treatment,the patient’s frequent hypoglycemia was controlled.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can use their professional advantages to carry out pharmaceutical care,which can assist physicians in analyzing rare clinical cases and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
