2015年—2019年国际脑卒中护理研究热点的共词聚类分析

Co-word clustering analysis of international stroke nursing research hotspots from 2015 to 2019

[目的]挖掘PubMed数据库中2015年—2019年国际脑卒中护理的研究热点,了解该领域研究现状及发展趋势。[方法]以"stroke"为主题词,以"nurs*"和"nursing care"为自由词在PubMed数据库中进行检索,采用书目共现分析系统软件和图形聚类工具包软件进行文献计量及主题词聚类分析。[结果]检索到相关文献1 669篇,提取高频主题词39个,共词聚类分析得到5个研究热点,即脑卒中急救护理与远程医疗;脑卒中主要照顾者的生活质量;脑卒中的功能锻炼与康复护理;脑卒中的预防与健康管理;脑卒中护理的人员配置。[结论]国际脑卒中护理的研究热点分析及热点变化趋势为我国今后脑卒中护理研究的发展提供了线索和启示,也为护理实践提供了参考和借鉴。

Objective:To explore the research hotspots of international stroke nursing in PubMed database from 2015 to 2019 so as to understand the research status and development trends of this field.Methods:The"stroke"was used as the subject headings,"nurs*"and"nursing care"were used as free words for retrieval in the PubMed database,the BICOMB and gCLUTO software were used for conducting bibliometric and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 1669 related literatures were retrieved and 39 high-frequency subject headings were extracted.Through co-word clustering analysis,5 research hotspots were determined,which included emergency nursing and telemedicine for stroke,quality of life of primary caregivers for stroke,functional exercise and rehabilitation nursing of stroke,prevention and health management of stroke,and staffing of stroke nursing.Conclusions:The research hotspots analysis of international stroke nursing provides clues and enlightenment for the future development of stroke nursing research in China,and also provides reference for nursing practice.
