摘要
目的探讨病因不明青年缺血性脑卒中患者血清尿酸(uric acid,UA)与脑动脉狭窄的关系。方法选取201301―201601南阳市第二人民医院神经内科收治的156例病因不明青年缺血性脑卒中患者,以DSA结果按脑动脉狭窄程度、支数及部位分亚组研究,对照组81例。检测所有研究对象血清UA水平。结果病例组血清UA水平均显著高于对照组;亚组(无狭窄组与轻、中、重度狭窄组及0支、1支、2支与≥3支病变组)组内比较,UA水平均有显著性差异,且狭窄程度越重或狭窄支数越多,UA升高越明显;颅内组(ICAS)、颅外(ECAS)、合并狭窄组(COAS)与无狭窄组(NCAS)组相比,ICAS、ECAS与COAS组UA均升高;与ECAS和ICAS组相比,COAS组UA均升高,但ECAS组与ICAS组间UA水平差异无统计学意义。结论病因不明青年缺血性脑卒中患者血清UA水平与脑动脉狭窄呈正相关,提示UA是脑动脉狭窄的危险预测因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(UA)and cerebral artery stenosis in young ischemic stroke patients with unknown etiology.Methods One hundred and fifty six young ischemic stroke patients with unknown etiology admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected.DSA results were divided into subgroups according to the degree,number and location of cerebral artery stenosis.Control group with 81 cases.Serum UA levels were measured in all subjects.Results Serum UA in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There were differences in UA between subgroups(non stenosis group and mild,moderate and severe stenosis group)and subgroups(0,1,2 and≥3 lesions group),and the more severe the stenosis degree or the more stenosis number,the more significant the increase of UA.Compared with intracranial(ICAS),extracranial(ECAS)and combined stenosis(COAS)subgroups,UA in the non stenosis group(NCAS)was increased compared with that in the NCAS group.Compared with the ECAS and ICAS groups,the UA of the COAS group increased,but there was no difference in UA between the ECAS group and ICAS group.Conclusion Serum UA level in young ischemic stroke patients with unknown etiology was positively correlated with cerebral artery stenosis,suggesting that UA was a risk predictor for cerebral artery stenosis.
