浅论高寒医疗救援

Discussion on medical rescue in alpine regions

高寒地区因地形复杂、交通不便、救援困难等因素,一旦发生灾难伤病员的早期救治时机容易被延误,致残率、致死率高,对卫勤保障,特别是医疗救援提出了更高的要求。本文结合高寒环境特点对高寒医疗救援进行简述。

Due to factors such as complex terrain,inconvenient transportation,and tough rescue in alpine regions,the early treatment of the wounded and the sick is likely to be delayed,and the disability and fatality rates are high in the event of a disaster.Therefore,it sets a higher demand for medical support,especially medical rescue.This paper combines the characteristics of the alpine environment to briefly describe the medical rescue in alpine regions.
