新型气垫船的一体化创新设计

摘要 传统气垫船的动力系统布局使其在许多地区航行受到了限制,文章基于传统气垫船的稳定性差和通航性低的两大不足,对其结构优化,设计出一种新型布局的全垫升气垫船。该艇通过重新一体化设计船体动力布局,降低船体高度,增强了其航行稳定性,实现了更好的通航能力,同时提高了不同船体部件的高通用性以及标准化,通过对部分零件进行设配,便可实现结构布局通用,大大降低了重新设计和维护的成本。 Nowadays,the use of hovercraft is extremely wide,involving many fields such as scientific investigation,home rescue,passenger routes and navigation in special waters.However,the traditional hovercraft’s power system layout restricts its navigation in many areas.Based on the two major shortcomings of traditional hovercraft,which are poor stability and low navigability,this article aims to optimize its structure and design a new layout of full cushions.To re-integrate the design of the hull power layout,the boat reduces the height of the hull to improve its navigation stability and better navigability,while improving the high versatility and standardization of different hull parts.The structural layout can be realized by configuring some parts.Universal,greatly reducing the cost of redesign and maintenance.
