随着我国高等教育的不断发展和改革,应用型高校成为国内大多数大学的发展定位。本文以金融学专业发展为视角,以应用型高校为背景,探析应用型人才培养的特点并基于实践教学的定义,分析了目前金融学专业实践教学团队构建过程中存在的困境,最后提出实践教学团队构建的相关对策,以期为应用型高校的发展提供参考。

With the continuous development and reform of my country's higher education,application-oriented universities have become the development orientation of most domestic universities.From the perspective of the development of the finance major,with the application-oriented universities as the background,this article explores the characteristics of applied talent training and based on the definition of practical teaching,analyzes the current difficulties in the construction of the financial professional practical teaching team,and finally proposes practical teaching The relevant countermeasures of team construction are expected to provide reference for the development of applied universities.
