摘要
传统运输问题的目标是使运输总费用尽量少,而本文的主要目标是先满足医疗物资的需求,再考虑运输费用的问题。这个模型非常重要的应用就是当紧急事件发生时,如新冠疫情,如何有效地将医疗物资送往各个医疗单位,从而尽可能地保障人们的生命安全,同时在医疗物资最大限度送达的条件下尽可能地节约费用。本文将建立一个紧急事件发生下的多层级、多周期运输模型,给出一个相应有效的算法,并通过计算机模拟实例证明模型与算法的有效性。
The goal of traditional transportation problem is to minimize the total transportation cost,while the main goal of this paper is to meet the demand of medical materials first,and then consider the transportation cost.The very important application of this model is how to effectively send medical materials to various medical units when an emergency occurs,such as the new coronation epidemic,so as to protect people's life safety as much as possible,and to save costs as much as possible under the condition that medical materials are delivered to the maximum extent.In this paper,I will establish a multi-level and multi-period transportation model in case of emergency,give a corresponding effective algorithm,and prove the effectiveness of the model and algorithm through a computer simulation example.
