永磁交流伺服电动机电磁结构设计

摘要 探讨了高效率高功率密度永磁交流伺服电动机电磁设计的主要思路,并给出了ANSYS/Maxwell后处理仿真效率Map图,验证宽转速、宽转矩范围电机效率的关键步骤,介绍了通过ANSYS/Workbench应力仿真辅助电机结构件的主要步骤。根据电磁结构设计仿真结果,研制了样机,实验数据与设计数据基本吻合。 The main ideas of the electromagnetic design of high-efficiency and high-power permanent magnet AC servo motor were discussed,and the key steps of ANSYS/Maxwell post-processing simulation the efficiency map were given to further verify the motor efficiency in the wide speed regulation and wide torque range.The steps of assisting structural design of the motor through ANSYS/Workbench stress simulation were introduced.A prototype was developed based on the simulation results of the electromagnetic structure design,and the experimental were consistent with matched the design data.
