基于国家全民健康信息平台的疫情防控数据接口服务实践

Practice of Data Interface Service for the Prevention and Control of the COVID-19 Based on National Health Information Platform

为保障新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控和复工复产,基于国家全民健康信息平台,快速上线6个数据服务接口,实现与全国一体化政务服务平台、各省区市卫生健康委的网络对接,累计调用量超过140亿次。文章主要总结了在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间,利用国家全民健康信息平台开展接口服务的情况,以及前期实施相关基础、接口对接思路、技术架构、数据管理及运行分析等方面的实践,旨在为各地开展相关建设工作,进一步发挥数据服务作用提供借鉴与参考。

In order to ensure the prevention and control of the COVID-19 and the resumption of work and production,6 data service interfaces were quickly launched based on the national health information platform,to connect with the national integrated government service platform and the health commissions of various provinces,which had called more than 14 billion times.The article mainly summarizes the use of the national health information platform to provide interface services during the prevention and control of the COVID-19,as well as the previous implementation of relevant foundations,interface docking thinking,technical architecture,data management,and operational analysis.It provides reference for various places carrying out relevant work to further exerting the role of data services.
