摘要
目的研究重庆市36家三级甲等医院新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称“新冠肺炎”)互联网诊疗建设情况。方法关注重庆市三级甲等医院(以下简称“三甲医院”)微信公众号,调研新冠肺炎互联网诊疗建设内容,并分析线上咨询应用情况。结果80.56%的三甲医院建立新冠肺炎线上诊疗服务,61.11%是专家咨询主要服务方式,但人工智能(AI)咨询使用率明显高于专家咨询,且线上咨询服务量随时间呈下降趋势。同时,在线预检分诊和远程服务开展较为普遍,复诊续方及随访追踪服务不足。结论重庆市三甲医院互联网诊疗服务对新冠疫情防控起到了积极作用,仍需进一步完善服务内容,形成规范化、智能化、协同化和安全化的互联网诊疗新常态。
Objective Study the development of Internet medical services for COVID-19 in 36 tertiary hospitals in Chongqing.Methods To investigate Internet medical service for COVID-19 through the official WeChat account of tertiary hospitals in Chongqing,explore and analyze application of online consultation.Results 80.56% of the 36 tertiary hospitals in Chongqing provide the Internet medical services for COVID-19,mainly though the online expert consultation (61.11%),the utilization rate of AI consultation was significantly higher than expert consultation.However,the number of online consultation services declined over time.The pre-screening triage and remote services are more common,but services such as online prescription and follow-up are insufficient.Conclusion The Internet medical services for COVID-19 in the tertiary hospitals in Chongqing have played a positive role in the prevention and control of COVID-19,more types of online medical services are needed.and to be standardized,intelligent,collaborative and safe in the futurel.
