传导骚扰测试中的波形重建

摘要 为实现传导骚扰测试中受试设备(EUT)骚扰信号的时域测量,参考JJF 1705-2018,采用三通校准法并使用矢量网络分析仪测量了ESH2-Z5型人工电源网络(AMN)的频响特性。使用矢量匹配法建立了频响函数模型H(s),研究显示该AMN是因果、非最小相位系统。通过对AMN射频输出端波形进行时频变换和频响补偿,成功实现了EUT输入端波形的重建,并通过计算EUT与AMN的电压分配比,进一步重建了骚扰源的开路电压波形,重建波形与实测波形吻合性较好。 In order to measure disturbance from equipment under test(EUT)in time domain during conducted emission test,frequency response characteristics of ESH2-Z5 artificial mains network(AMN)has been measured,which is realized by tee joint method with vector network analyzer according to JJF 1705-2018.Analytic function model H(s)of frequency response characteristics has been built by vector fitting method.The AMN has been proven as a causal and non-minimum phase system.The waveform reconstruction at EUT input port of AMN has been achieved successfully,which is accomplished by time-frequency transformation and frequency response compensation on waveform from radio frequency output port.The open circuit voltage waveform of disturbance source has been further realized by counting voltage division ratio of EUT and AMN.All reconstructed waveforms fit measured ones well in this paper.
